Nosler Partition 7mm .284 140-Grain Bullets (50ct)
The legendary Nosler Partition hunting bullet in 7mm .284 caliber, 140 grains. Dual-core design delivers reliable expansion and deep penetration. Ballistic coefficient .456. Box of 50.
The Hunting Bullet Standard
The Nosler Partition stands as the benchmark for hunting bullets since 1948—a design so effective that it remains the foundation of the Nosler company itself. This 140-grain load in 7mm .284 caliber represents decades of proven field performance.
Design and Performance
The Partition's engineering centers on a dual-core construction that separates expansion from penetration:
- Tapered Copper-Alloy Jacket: Ruptures instantly on impact, curling uniformly outward for controlled expansion
- Integral Partition: A steel wall that divides the bullet's core, allowing the front core to expand rapidly while protecting the rear core
- Rear Core Retention: The enclosed back section remains largely intact, retaining more than two-thirds of the original bullet weight for deep, reliable penetration
Velocity-Independent Performance
The special lead-alloy dual-core design delivers superior mushrooming characteristics across virtually all impact velocities. Whether you're shooting at close range or extending your shots, the Partition responds consistently.
