The law requires a background check be performed on a purchaser of a firearm and some firearm accessories. This background check must be performed by a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and must be completed in person with proper government-issued identification.
If you order a product needing a background check from another dealer and want it shipped to our location for pickup, we can handle the background check and fulfillment for you.
These Transfer Fees are effective as of January 1, 2024.
