The Champion 2.0 Elk Call Diaphragm
The RMHC Champion 2.0 represents a refined approach to diaphragm-style elk calling. This is a tool for the serious hunter who understands that authentic vocalizations can mean the difference between success and an empty tag.
What Sets It Apart
Proven Design: The diaphragm construction allows you to produce both the challenging bugle of a bull elk and the responsive sounds of cows. This versatility is essential when working elk in varied terrain and conditions.
Ease of Use: Unlike some diaphragm calls that demand extensive practice, the Champion 2.0 is engineered for relatively quick mastery. This makes it accessible to newer hunters while offering the nuance experienced callers demand.
Durability: Built to withstand the demands of backcountry hunting, this diaphragm maintains its acoustic properties through repeated use and varying weather conditions.
How to Use
Place the diaphragm in your mouth against the roof of your mouth. By varying air pressure, tongue position, and mouth shape, you can produce the full range of elk vocalizations. Start with cow calls to locate bulls, then transition to bugling as conditions warrant.
The Bottom Line
If you're serious about elk hunting, a quality diaphragm call belongs in your pack. The Champion 2.0 delivers authentic sound and reliable performance when it matters most.
