Burris MSR-22LR 3-9x40mm Tactical Rifle Scope

Burris MSR-22LR Tactical Rifle Scope

The MSR-22LR represents an excellent entry point into precision rifle optics for shooters transitioning to tactical platforms. This 3-9x40mm scope combines proven optical design with practical features that deliver real-world performance.

Optical Performance

Index-matched Hi-Lume multi-coated lenses eliminate glare and maximize contrast, particularly valuable in low-light hunting conditions. The precision-ground optical glass is larger than comparable scope designs, improving light transmission and overall brightness. This translates to a clearer sight picture across the entire magnification range.

Ballistic Plex Reticle

The Ballistic Plex reticle is purpose-built for .22 LR ammunition, with the scope factory-calibrated at 50 yards. This trajectory-compensating design allows you to hold over or under for long-range accuracy without complex calculations. The elegant simplicity of the reticle makes it intuitive for both experienced shooters and newcomers alike.

Mechanical Reliability

• Steel-on-steel click adjustments provide repeatable accuracy and positive feedback with every turret rotation
• Low-profile finger-adjustable turrets maintain a sleek profile while remaining accessible
• Double internal spring-tension system ensures the scope holds zero through recoil and vibration
• Precision-gauged, hand-fitted internal assemblies maintain consistent point of impact regardless of shock

Durability and Protection

The solid 1-piece outer tube withstands the shock and vibration of tactical shooting. Nitrogen-filled tubes prevent internal fogging in cold, wet conditions. Waterproof construction ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. The 1-inch body tube accepts standard rings and mounts.
