Burris XTR II Rifle Scope: Precision Across All Ranges
The Burris XTR II represents a thoughtful approach to modern rifle optics—a scope designed to perform equally well whether you're engaging targets at arm's length or stretching out to a thousand yards.
Optical Performance
The 1-8x magnification range delivers genuine versatility. At 1x, you gain a wide field of view ideal for rapid target acquisition in close-quarters scenarios. Crank it to 8x and you have the magnification necessary for precision work at distance. This single-turn zoom system eliminates the frustration of multiple rotations while maintaining optical clarity across the entire range.
Reticle and Illumination
The illuminated Ballistic Dot reticle combines speed with precision. The daylight-bright center dot enables instinctive engagement at close distances, while the reticle's trajectory compensation extends your effective range to 1000 yards. Eleven illumination brightness settings—including a battery-saver mode—ensure visibility in everything from low-light conditions to bright daylight.
Adjustment System
Dimensionally matched windage and elevation knobs feature 1/10-mil click adjustments with Zero Click Stop functionality. The innovative Modular Adjustment Dial (M.A.D.) System provides customization and accessibility rarely found in scopes at this price point.
Practical Application
This scope excels with 5.56 and .223 ammunition, making it an excellent choice for modern sporting rifles and precision applications where versatility matters.
