A Modern Take on a Classic Design
The Bear & Son 79 Execute represents a thoughtful refinement of a proven design from decades past. This single-blade slip-joint folder honors the tradition of American knife-making while delivering practical performance for everyday use.
Blade Performance
The 2-1/4" drop point blade is ground from high carbon stainless steel—a material that balances rust resistance with edge-holding capability. This steel sharpens readily and maintains its edge through regular use, making it an excellent choice for a working knife.
Practical Design Features
- Nail nick opener for one-handed deployment
- Lanyard hole for secure attachment or carry options
- Screw-together construction for easy maintenance and blade replacement
- Slip-joint mechanism provides reliable blade security without complexity
Dimensions and Carry
With a closed length of 3-1/2" and open length of 6", this knife fits comfortably in a shirt pocket or jeans pocket. At just 2.2 ounces, it adds negligible weight to your daily carry. The white smooth bone handles provide a classic aesthetic and reliable grip in various conditions.
Made in America
Proudly manufactured in the USA, the Bear & Son 79 Execute represents quality American craftsmanship at an accessible price point.
