DeSantis Style 001 Thumb Break Scabbard S&W L Frame

DeSantis Style 001 Thumb Break Scabbard

The DeSantis Style 001 represents a time-tested approach to revolver carry—the shoulder holster. Designed specifically for Smith & Wesson L-frame revolvers, this scabbard prioritizes both security and accessibility.

Key Features

• Thumb Break Retention: A positive thumb break ensures your revolver stays secure during movement while remaining instantly accessible when needed
• Precision Molding: Custom-molded to fit S&W L-frame revolvers exactly, eliminating excess movement and promoting consistent draw
• Adjustable Tension Device: Fine-tune retention to your preference—tighter for active use, looser for quick access
• Optimized Draw Angle: Presented at an angle that facilitates a natural, efficient draw
• Concealable Design: Built for discrete carry under jackets or loose-fitting clothing

Practical Considerations

Shoulder holsters excel for those who spend extended periods seated—detectives, drivers, and office-based professionals appreciate the comfort and accessibility. The thumb break provides positive retention without requiring a complex draw sequence. The precise molding means your revolver won't shift or rotate during normal movement.

This is a right-hand carry configuration, suitable for those who draw from their dominant side.
