Forster Quick Change Jaws S Assembly
The Forster Quick Change Jaws represent a significant advancement in reloading press efficiency. This system eliminates the tedious process of disassembling your shell holder when switching between different cartridge sizes.
How It Works
The spring-loaded jaws grip the cartridge case at the cannelure, providing positive extraction and support throughout the reloading cycle. The self-acting design means the jaws automatically open when you raise the press handle and close when you lower it—no manual manipulation required.
Quick Configuration Changes
Swapping between calibers takes seconds. Simply remove two button head screws and replace the jaw assembly. No need to disassemble the shell holder itself. The system supports multiple rim diameter ranges:
- S-Large: .468" to .562" rim diameter
- S-Small: .343" to .422" rim diameter
- LS-Large: .531" to .625" rim diameter
- LS-Small: .312" to .375" rim diameter
