Forster Case Trimmer Pilot #2 for .22 Caliber
This affordable case trimmer pilot is an essential tool for handloaders who demand precision and consistency. Designed specifically for .22 caliber cartridges (.223-.224" diameter), it ensures your ammunition performs at its best.
Key Features
- Precision grinding: Reduces case diameter to exactly 0.005 inches smaller than bullet diameter
- Square trim: Cuts case necks perfectly square for uniform seating
- Uniform neck thickness: Eliminates variations that compromise accuracy
- Easy installation: Simply loosen the cutter shaft screw, insert the pilot, and tighten
Why It Matters
When cases are trimmed imprecisely, bullets can release too early during firing, causing misalignment with the bore. This directly impacts accuracy and consistency. By ensuring uniform case necks and proper bullet seating, this pilot helps your ammunition fire reliably and shoot to its full potential.
Whether you're a competitive shooter or a precision handloader, this Forster pilot delivers the consistency your ammunition demands.
