Important Break-In Information
Factory Glock magazines can be stiff when new. The last round may be difficult to load until the magazine has been broken in. To expedite this process:
- Load the magazine with all but the last round and allow it to sit for several days to compress the spring
- Cycle the magazine repeatedly from full to empty to help loosen the springs
- After break-in, the magazine will function smoothly and reliably
This is normal and does not indicate a defect. Your magazine will perform flawlessly once properly broken in.
