Break-In Period
New Glock magazines may require a brief break-in period. The spring tension is engineered for long-term reliability, which can make loading difficult initially. We recommend loading the magazine with all but the last round and allowing it to sit for a few days to compress the spring naturally. Alternatively, cycle the magazine from full to empty multiple times to accelerate the break-in process. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
