Compact single-shot .22 rifle designed for young shooters and small-game hunting. Features 16.125" blued barrel, adjustable rear peep sight, fixed front sight, and rebounding firing pin safety. Drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
The Keystone Crickett represents a time-honored tradition in American shooting sports—introducing the next generation to the fundamentals of marksmanship with a rifle scaled to their size and strength.
This is a manually cocking, single-shot bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle. The 16.125" blued steel barrel keeps the overall length to a manageable 30.5 inches, with a 12-inch length of pull that fits younger shooters comfortably. At approximately 3 pounds, it's light enough for extended shooting sessions without fatigue.
The rebounding firing pin is automatically blocked to prevent accidental discharge—a critical safety feature when teaching new shooters. The trigger pull is set at approximately 2.5 pounds, providing a clean break without excessive pressure.
The rifle comes standard with iron sights: an adjustable rear peep sight and fixed front sight for precise aiming. The receiver is drilled and tapped to accept Crickett scope mounts, allowing you to upgrade optics as the shooter's skills develop.
This rifle teaches the fundamentals: one shot, one aim, one hit.
