Higdon Late Season Puddle Pack: Confidence in a Compact Spread
Variety matters when you're calling ducks. This standard-size puddle pack delivers exactly what cautious birds want to see—a diverse group of their own kind looking for a safe place to feed and rest.
What You Get
- 2 Mallard drakes (13.625" high, 6" wide)
- 2 Pintail drakes (14.625" high, 5.125" wide)
- 2 Greenwinged teal drakes (11.75" high, 4.875" wide)
Built for the Field
These decoys are slightly undersized from live ducks—a deliberate choice that keeps weight down and packability up. The foam-filled construction means you can carry them into your favorite public water without breaking your back. Whether you're working a small pothole or adding numbers to an existing spread, these decoys earn their place.
Realistic Details That Work
Higdon's proprietary UV painting process and deep carving techniques highlight individual feathers while minimizing the unnatural glare that spooks birds. The paint won't peel or fade, so your decoys will look sharp season after season, even when wet.
Smart Design Features
- Weighted keel with self-righting design for quick setup in any water depth
- Keel clip system allows simple short-stringing in shallow water
- Multiple head postures add natural movement to your spread
