What It Solves
BulletSense stops your machine before:
- A sideways bullet jams the press
- A round without a bullet head contaminates your finished ammunition
- A bullet topples before seating
- You unknowingly run out of bullets
- You run out of brass during processing
How It Works
A precision laser mounted on an adjustable slider detects the presence of bullets or brass. When the laser beam is interrupted by a bullet or brass case, your machine continues normally. If the beam is uninterrupted—indicating a missing or defective round—the machine stops at the top of the stroke and alerts you through your tablet.
