Berry's Superior Plated 165-grain hollow base flat point bullets for .40 S&W and 10mm. Electroplated copper jacket with swaged lead core, indoor range safe, and engineered for accuracy.
Berry's Superior Plated Bullets represent a modern approach to handgun ammunition reloading. These 165-grain hollow base flat point bullets are engineered for shooters who demand consistency and reliability.
Each bullet begins with a precisely swaged lead core. The core is then electroplated with copper to final weight, eliminating lead exposure on the surface. After plating, the bullets are re-struck to exacting specifications. This process creates a solid bond between core and jacket, ensuring round-to-round consistency.
These bullets work with standard cast or jacketed load data for the same grain weight and profile. You may use either taper or roll crimp techniques. Load data is available in any reloading manual or on powder manufacturer websites.
Do not over-crimp brass after seating the bullet. Excessive crimping causes core separation, leading to increased copper fouling and accuracy degradation. Never exceed the 1500 fps maximum velocity recommendation, as this also causes core separation and performance issues.
Berry's Superior Plated Bullets deliver the accuracy and reliability serious reloaders expect.
