With 10 stainless steel trays, this dehydrator provides approximately 10 square feet of usable drying area. The square trays measure 11.97" × 11.97" and feature a 3/8" grid design. You can rotate trays 90 degrees to ensure even drying across all surfaces.
Uniform Drying Performance
The 800-watt heating element works in concert with a rear-mounted fan and rear venting system to create horizontal airflow across all trays. This design eliminates hot spots and ensures consistent results from batch to batch.
