Leupold VX-R 3-9x40mm Illuminated Rifle Scope

The Leupold VX-R represents a thoughtful evolution in hunting and tactical optics. This 3-9x40mm scope combines proven optical engineering with practical features designed for real-world shooting.

Key Features

Illuminated FireDot Reticle

• Eight intensity levels allow you to match any lighting condition
• Bright enough for low-light hunting, dim enough to avoid glare in bright sunlight
• The FireDot design provides a clean, uncluttered sight picture

Motion-Sensor Technology

• Automatically deactivates reticle illumination after five minutes of inactivity
• Instantly reactivates upon detecting movement
• Dramatically extends battery life without sacrificing readiness

Index Matched Lens System

• Blackened lens edges reduce light diffusion and internal reflections
• Delivers a brighter, higher-contrast sight image
• Improves light transmission throughout the optical path

Optical Performance

The 3-9x magnification range suits most hunting applications, from close-range brush work to extended-distance shooting. The 40mm objective provides excellent light gathering for dawn and dusk hunting.
