Meprolight ML63144 Fiber-Tritium Bullseye Sight
The Meprolight ML63144 represents a significant advancement in pistol sighting technology. Based on a patented optical illumination design, this compact sight delivers an illuminated dot and circle bullseye pattern that enables intuitive, rapid target acquisition—much like a reflex sight, but in a remarkably small, low-profile package.
Dual-Illumination System
The genius of this sight lies in its hybrid approach to illumination:
- Fiber-optic element gathers ambient light for bright daylight shooting, providing instant visibility without batteries
- Premium-grade tritium activates in low-light and nighttime conditions, guaranteeing illumination for 12 years
This combination means you're always ready to shoot accurately, regardless of lighting conditions.
Practical Advantages
- No batteries required — the sight is always on and always ready
- Eliminates the front sight — reduces sight picture clutter and improves target focus
- Simple installation — mounts directly to existing CZ 75/85 dovetails without gunsmithing
- Holster compatible — the low profile design fits most existing holsters
The Bottom Line
If you shoot a CZ 75 or 85 and want a modern sighting solution that works in any light without batteries or switches, the Meprolight ML63144 deserves serious consideration. It's a purpose-built tool for shooters who demand reliability and speed.
Note: Not compatible with CZ SP-01 models.
