MTM Shoulder-Gard Rifle Rest – Recoil Reduction
MTM's Shoulder-Gard is a 4-point flexible shooting rest with integrated recoil-reduction sling designed to minimize shoulder punishment when sighting in powerful magnum rifles.
Tame Magnum Recoil with Confidence
The MTM Shoulder-Gard Rifle Rest addresses a real problem for shooters: the punishing recoil of modern magnum caliber rifles. Whether you're breaking in a new rifle, sighting in for hunting season, or conducting load development, excessive recoil can degrade accuracy and leave you dreading range time.
Smart Design, Real Comfort
MTM engineered the Shoulder-Gard with a 4-point flexible base that distributes forces evenly across your shooting surface. This stable platform keeps your rifle steady while you focus on sight picture and trigger control—not flinching in anticipation of recoil.
Integrated Recoil Reduction
The key innovation is the integrated recoil-reduction sling. By redirecting some of the gun's rearward energy away from your shoulder, this sling lets you shoot more comfortably and maintain better form shot after shot. You'll notice the difference immediately.
Versatile for Any Caliber
While the Shoulder-Gard excels with heavy magnum loads, it works equally well with standard caliber rifles. The recoil-reduction sling is optional—use it when you need it, leave it off when you don't. This flexibility makes it a practical addition to any serious shooter's range kit.
Perfect for: Sighting in, load development, practice sessions, and anyone who wants to shoot longer and shoot better.
