Nosler Partition .338 Caliber 225 Grain Hunting Bullets
The legendary Nosler Partition bullet features a dual-core design with integral partition for controlled expansion and deep penetration. Proven performance on game since 1948.
The Benchmark Hunting Bullet
The Nosler Partition stands as the gold standard in hunting ammunition, a design that has proven itself in the field for over seven decades. This is the bullet that built Nosler's reputation—and for good reason.
Engineered for Reliable Performance
The Partition's design philosophy centers on controlled expansion combined with deep, reliable penetration. Here's what makes it work:
- Dual-core construction with a special lead-alloy formula that mushrooms consistently across a wide velocity range
- Fully tapered copper-alloy jacket that ruptures uniformly on impact, curling outward in a controlled manner
- Integral partition that separates the front and rear cores, allowing the forward section to expand rapidly while protecting the rear core
- Weight retention exceeding two-thirds of the original bullet weight, ensuring deep penetration through heavy bone and muscle
Why Hunters Choose the Partition
The Partition performs reliably whether you're shooting at close range or extended distances, in soft tissue or through heavy bone. The bullet expands predictably at virtually all impact velocities, giving you confidence in your shot regardless of conditions.
For the serious hunter who demands a bullet that will perform when it counts, the Nosler Partition remains the choice of professionals and dedicated sportsmen worldwide.
