Versatile three-in-one waterfowl parka with waterproof Pre-Vent Plus membrane, fully-taped seams, and removable PrimaLoft RISE insulated liner. Compatible with Browning X-Change System for modular layering.
The Cold Front Parka represents serious engineering for serious waterfowlers. This is a three-in-1 system designed to handle the unpredictable conditions you encounter on the water—from pre-dawn chill to midday rain to sudden snow.
The outer shell combines a durable water and windproof fabric with a Pre-Vent Plus waterproof membrane and fully-taped seams. This isn't casual rain gear. The Pre-Vent Plus membrane maintains an 8000 cubic inch moisture transfer rate, meaning it actively moves perspiration away from your body while keeping external moisture out. The water-resistant front zipper includes an integrated storm flap for additional protection.
The removable liner jacket features 80 grams of PrimaLoft RISE insulation—genuine synthetic down that retains warmth even when wet. The liner reverses from brown to camouflage, giving you color options for different hunting situations. When conditions warm, simply remove the liner and pack it away.
Browning equipped this parka with serious pocket real estate:
A three-point adjustable hood seals out weather without restricting vision. Hook-and-loop adjustable neoprene cuffs seal your wrists. The adjustable elastic hem prevents cold air from entering at the waist.
The Cold Front outer shell accepts other compatible insulating pieces from Browning's Wicked Wing line, allowing you to optimize your layering for the specific conditions of the day. This modular approach extends the parka's versatility across seasons and weather patterns.
