The ATLAS Attachment System

Aero Precision's proprietary ATLAS (Aero Taper Lock Attachment System) sets this handguard apart. The system uses two mirrored tapered locking nuts that distribute clamping pressure evenly across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent provides positive registration during installation and further secures the design. This engineering approach eliminates the handguard distortion common with conventional mounting systems.
