Full-Length Sizer Die
The sizer die brings cases to SAAMI minimum cartridge dimensions for reliable chambering. It performs three critical functions:
- Sizes the outside of the case to proper dimensions
- De-primes spent primers
- Expands the neck to accept bullets
The die features precision vents that prevent case damage from trapped air and excessive lubricant buildup. Headspace is held to minimum tolerances to preserve case body length during the sizing process.
Seater Die
The seater die features a built-in roll crimper that secures the bullet while seating it to the correct depth in a single operation. This ensures consistent bullet seating and crimp tension for reliable feeding and accuracy.
