Full-Length Sizer Die
The sizer die brings cases to SAAMI minimum cartridge dimensions for reliable feeding and chambering. It performs three critical functions simultaneously:
- Sizes the outside of the case to proper dimensions
- De-primes spent primers
- Expands the case neck to accept new bullets
The die features precision vents that prevent case damage from trapped air and excessive lubricant buildup—a detail that separates quality dies from mediocre ones. Headspace is held to minimum tolerances to preserve case body length and extend case life.
Seater Die
