Radical Firearms 7.62x39 AR Rifle 16" Heavy Barrel

Radical Firearms 7.62x39 AR Rifle

This is a purpose-built rifle for shooters who want accuracy and reliability in an intermediate cartridge platform. Radical Firearms has engineered a solid performer that works equally well for the first-time AR buyer or the experienced marksman.

Barrel and Action

The 16-inch heavy profile barrel is constructed from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a Melonite finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The 1:10 twist rate stabilizes 7.62x39 ammunition reliably. A carbine-length gas system keeps the rifle balanced and manageable, while the M4 feed ramp extension ensures reliable feeding.

Accuracy and Handling

The 15-inch free-float rail system is the key to this rifle's accuracy. By isolating the barrel from the handguard, free-floating eliminates harmonic vibrations that degrade precision. The M-Lok design allows you to mount optics, lights, and other accessories exactly where you need them. Your hands stay cool during extended shooting, and you have plenty of room to configure the rifle to your preferences.

Receivers and Controls

Forged 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers with Type III anodizing provide strength and durability. All controls—charging handle, forward assist, dust cover, and fire control group—follow MIL-STD specifications for familiarity and reliability.

Ergonomics and Furniture

The MFT EPG16V2 grip and MFT Minimalist stock with six-position adjustment ensure a comfortable, secure hold. This combination works well for shooters of different sizes and shooting styles.

What's Included

The rifle ships with two 10-round magazines and an A2 flash hider. You're ready to get to the range immediately.

Summary

This is a no-nonsense rifle built on proven AR platform principles. It delivers accuracy, reliability, and value—exactly what you need whether you're learning the platform or adding to your collection.
