Remington Core-Lokt Tipped Lever Gun: A Modern Take on a Hunting Legend

Remington's Core-Lokt bullet has earned its reputation over more than 80 years as one of the most reliable hunting rounds in America. Now, the company has taken that proven design and optimized it specifically for lever-action rifles with the new Core-Lokt Tipped Lever Gun ammunition.

What Makes It Different

Purpose-Built for Lever Actions

This isn't simply standard Core-Lokt ammunition loaded into a different box. Remington engineered this round from the ground up with lever-action rifles in mind. The result is ammunition that functions flawlessly in the unique feeding and firing characteristics of lever guns while delivering the terminal performance hunters have relied on for generations.

Key Features

• Green-Tipped Design: The distinctive green polymer tip initiates rapid expansion on impact while ensuring reliable feeding through lever-action magazines and chambers
• Proven Core-Lokt Construction: The bonded lead core and copper jacket combination that has taken countless big game animals remains at the heart of this design
• Optimized Propellants: Carefully selected powders deliver clean, consistent burning for maximum accuracy and reliable velocity
• 444 Marlin Chambering: Loaded to 2,100 fps with a 280-grain bullet—ideal for elk, moose, and other large game at hunting distances
