Retay Gordion 20-Gauge Inertia Shotgun with Walnut Stock

Retay Gordion 20-Gauge Semi-Automatic Shotgun

The Retay Gordion represents a thoughtful approach to the modern shotgun—reliable, adaptable, and built for the working hunter or sport shooter who values both function and aesthetics.

Action and Reliability

This semi-automatic operates via an inertia piston system with an inertia-plus rotating bolt, a proven design that cycles reliably across a wide range of loads. The system handles everything from light 3-dram loads to full 3-inch magnum shells, making it genuinely versatile for different hunting situations and clay shooting disciplines.

Ergonomics and Fit

• Stock: Grade 2 oiled walnut with adjustable shim set for precise fit
• Length of Pull: 14.37 inches (adjustable via shims)
• Drop Adjustment: Comb and heel can be fine-tuned for your shooting style
• Safety: Cross-bolt push button with intercepter mechanism
• Trigger: Automatic anti-repeat system prevents unintended double-firing

Barrel and Chokes

The 26-inch Böhler steel barrel features a lengthened, optimized forcing cone and chrome lining for durability. Five interchangeable MaraPro chokes (Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full) allow you to match your pattern to the task—whether hunting upland game or shooting clay targets.

Sighting and Control

A single red fiber optic bead mounted on an 8mm flat hunting-style rib provides a clean sight picture. The sculpted microcell polyurethane recoil pad absorbs punishment while the integrated sling swivel mount keeps your shotgun secure in the field.
