This is a purpose-built 2-piece scope mounting system designed specifically for Marlin XL7, XS7, and Winchester Model 70 rifles chambered in long action, WSM, and short action calibers.

• Precision Engineering: Front and rear bases are distinctly different parts. The rear mount sits taller than the front because the receiver is lower at the back end, ensuring proper scope alignment.
• Medium Height Configuration: Provides 1.05" centerline height from receiver top to scope tube center—the optimal choice for most hunting setups and standard objective lens clearance.
• Secure Fastening: Base screws are 6-48 X 1/4" and ring screws are 6-40 X 5/8", both requiring a 7/64" Allen wrench for tool-free adjustments in the field.
• Proven Design: Standard 1" rings with 2 screws per ring provide reliable, repeatable scope mounting.
