Rusteprufe represents a time-tested approach to firearm maintenance—a single product that handles multiple essential tasks without compromise.
Key Features
- Dual-purpose formula combines solvent action with protective lubrication
- Bore cleaning removes fouling and powder residue effectively
- Corrosion protection leaves a rust-inhibiting barrier on metal surfaces
- Action lubrication maintains smooth operation of firearm mechanisms
- Chamois jar compatible recharges cleaning cloth containers with small applications
- 1 quart size provides extended use for regular maintenance
Application
Apply Rusteprufe to cleaning patches for thorough bore cleaning, working from breech to muzzle. The solvent cuts through fouling while the oil component protects exposed metal. For general maintenance, apply sparingly to moving parts and wipe excess. To refresh a chamois cleaning jar, apply a small amount to the felt disk—the cloth will distribute the product evenly.
