Shadow Systems DR920P Elite 9mm Optic Pistol
Full-sized duty pistol with 4.5-inch compensated bronze barrel, optics-ready slide, tritium front sight, and aggressive ergonomics. Black frame, 17-round capacity, flat-faced trigger.
Shadow Systems DR920P Elite: Purpose-Built Performance
The DR920P Elite represents a thoughtful evolution in duty-ready pistol design. Built with officers and professional shooters in mind, this full-sized 9mm semi-automatic is engineered to work seamlessly with existing G17 holsters, magazines, and duty gear—a practical consideration that shouldn't be overlooked.
Recoil Management and Speed
The integrated compensator is no mere accessory. It meaningfully reduces felt recoil and improves shot-to-shot recovery times, allowing faster, more accurate follow-up shots under pressure. This is the kind of performance enhancement that matters when precision counts.
Ergonomic Excellence
Shadow Systems has attended to the details that separate good pistols from great ones:
- Interchangeable backstraps allow you to dial in your natural point of aim
- Extended, upswept beavertail provides a secure grip without pinching
- Aggressive wrap-around grip texture maintains control in demanding conditions
- Aggressive trigger guard accommodates gloved operation
- Front and rear slide serrations ensure positive manipulation in any light
Trigger and Sights
The flat-faced aluminum trigger breaks cleanly at 4.5-5.0 pounds with a crisp, tactile reset. The tritium front sight pairs with a serrated rear sight for reliable target acquisition in low light. The optics-ready slide accommodates most major red dot optics directly—no plates or adapters required.
Mechanical Integrity
The match-grade barrel features spiral fluting for reduced weight and improved heat dissipation. The trigger mechanism is drop-safe and carry-safe. This pistol is built to last and perform when it matters.
