Design and Ergonomics
The Rival's ergonomic foundation is exceptional. The frame features an aggressive beavertail, double undercut trigger guard, and aggressive grip texturing that ensures positive control in all conditions. Three interchangeable grip backstrap sizes allow you to customize the fit to your hand. The ambidextrous slide release and reversible magazine release accommodate both right and left-handed shooters without compromise.
The Trigger and Sights
At the heart of the Rival lies a lightened 90-degree diamond-cut aluminum flat trigger—a design that rewards precision and consistency. The adjustable fiber optic sights provide a bright, easy-to-acquire sight picture, while the optics-ready slide accepts multiple mounting plates for modern red-dot systems.
Slide and Barrel
The aggressively serrated and ported slide reduces muzzle rise and improves control during rapid fire. The 5-inch barrel delivers excellent velocity and accuracy, while the 1913 Picatinny rail accommodates lights and lasers.
Capacity and Magazines
Two 18-round magazines provide substantial capacity. The external mag-well and included magazine loader make reloads faster and more reliable.
