Design Philosophy

Kahr's engineering philosophy emphasizes reliability and simplicity. The PM9's double-action-only trigger system eliminates external safeties, reducing the chance of user error under stress. The stainless steel slide resists corrosion, while the polymer frame keeps weight minimal for all-day carry.

The 3-inch barrel provides a balance between controllability and ballistic performance. This is a serious tool for personal protection, scaled to fit your lifestyle rather than your shooting range.

Practical Considerations

This is an uncompromising defensive pistol. It rewards practice and familiarity. The compact dimensions make it suitable for appendix, waistband, or pocket carry depending on your preference and wardrobe.
