Why Choose the 601 Field

Beretta has spent decades perfecting the over-under platform. The 601 Field carries forward that heritage with an emphasis on practical performance. The 28-inch barrels strike the ideal balance between sight radius and maneuverability—long enough to deliver consistent patterns, short enough to handle in brush and timber.

Whether you're pursuing upland game or breaking clays, this shotgun handles the job with the kind of straightforward reliability that builds confidence in the field. The mechanical simplicity of the over-under design means fewer things to go wrong when it matters most.

A Shotgun Built to Last

Beretta's manufacturing standards ensure that your 601 Field will function reliably for generations. This is a tool designed for hunters and shooters who value dependability over flash.
