Bushnell Legend 3-9x40 Illuminated Riflescope
The Legend 3-9x40 represents a proven approach to rifle optics: deliver genuine optical performance at a price that respects the shooter's budget. This is a scope built for hunters and sport shooters who understand that clarity and reliability matter more than unnecessary complexity.
Optical Performance
Fully multi-coated glass delivers exceptional light transmission, particularly valuable during the low-light hours when most hunting occurs. The 40mm objective lens gathers sufficient light for reliable performance from dawn through dusk without the weight penalty of larger objectives.
Illuminated Reticle System
The etched glass Multi-X reticle features 6 brightness intensity settings plus an off position between each setting. This design allows you to dial in your preferred brightness without losing zero. The illumination enhances reticle visibility in dim conditions while remaining invisible when not needed.
Durability and Weather Resistance
- One-piece aircraft-grade aluminum body for structural integrity
- RainGuard HD coating repels water and maintains optical clarity in wet conditions
- IPX7 waterproof rating ensures reliable performance in rain, snow, and challenging weather
- Sealed construction protects internal components from the elements
The Legend 3-9x40 is a straightforward, dependable scope designed to function reliably season after season. It represents the kind of honest engineering that has made Bushnell a trusted name among serious shooters.
