CZ's left-hand 457 Varmint delivers precision rimfire performance with a 20" heavy barrel, Turkish walnut stock, adjustable trigger, and 60-degree bolt throw for easy scope mounting.
CZ USA has answered the call from left-handed shooters with this purpose-built varmint rifle that doesn't compromise on quality or performance.
The 457 Varmint features a 20-inch heavy barrel with a 1:16 twist rate, cold hammer forged for consistency and durability. The .866-inch diameter barrel provides excellent harmonics and handles a wide variety of rimfire loads with impressive accuracy. The action is compact and efficient, with a 60-degree bolt throw that minimizes scope interference and speeds up follow-up shots.
The Turkish walnut stock is purpose-designed for varmint work and precision shooting. An American-style comb positions your cheek properly for scope use, while the wide, flat forend provides a stable platform for shooting bags and rests. Laser-cut stippling on the grip areas ensures secure handling in all conditions.
The user-adjustable trigger allows you to dial in weight, creep, and overtravel to your exact preferences. A receiver-mounted push-to-fire safety keeps things simple and reliable.
The receiver features an 11mm dovetail milled into the top for ring mounts. No iron sights are included, allowing you to mount your preferred optic directly.
The 457 uses a reliable polymer magazine system with 5-round capacity, the same proven design found in CZ's 455 platform.
Like its 455 predecessor, the 457 features a swappable barrel system, giving you the flexibility to change calibers or barrel lengths as your shooting needs evolve.
