Construction & Materials
The CA15 features billet 7075-T6 aluminum construction throughout, with Type III hard-coat anodizing in black. This premium material selection ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The upper and lower receivers are precision-machined from billet stock, providing superior strength compared to forged alternatives.
Barrel & Gas System
The 10.5" barrel is constructed from 4140 chrome moly vanadium steel with a Melonite finish—a proven combination that balances accuracy, longevity, and corrosion resistance. The barrel features a 1:7 twist rate optimized for modern 5.56 ammunition and M4 feed ramps for reliable feeding. A pistol-length gas system with a low-profile .750" gas block ensures reliable cycling while minimizing recoil impulse.
Ergonomics & Modularity
The 10" free-float M-Lok handguard provides a slim profile for comfortable handling while offering multiple mounting points for accessories. The handguard is truly free-floating, meaning it doesn't contact the barrel, which supports accuracy. Standard mil-spec controls include a forward assist, dust cover, and ambidextrous safety selector.
