The War Poet CR920: Purpose-Built Concealed Carry
Shadow Systems partnered with John Lovell of Warrior Poet Society to create a pistol that merges tactical philosophy with practical engineering. The result is the CR920 War Poet—a compact 9mm designed for serious concealed carry without compromise.
Design and Ergonomics
The War Poet maintains an exceptionally slim 1.05-inch profile, making it ideal for discreet carry while delivering full-sized pistol performance. The textured grip frame and wrap-around backstrap ensure a secure, confident hold in all conditions.
Key Features:
- 3.41-inch fluted barrel in black finish
- Aggressively angled serrations on front, rear, and top of slide for positive manipulation
- Weight-balancing window cut reduces mass without sacrificing durability
- Flat-face trigger with red trigger shoe and quick reset (4.5-5 pounds)
- Integrated blade safety for intuitive operation
Sighting System
The CR920 War Poet ships with a Holosun 507K reflex sight mounted on Shadow Systems' multi-footprint optic cut. This allows direct, strong mounting of most modern red dot sights. Iron sights include a front tritium night sight and blacked-out serrated rear sight for low-light shooting.
