Zink Floater Duck Decoys: Green Wing Teal 6-Pack
These decoys represent the serious waterfowler's approach to duck hunting—precision engineering combined with meticulous attention to detail.
Design and Construction
Zink has sculpted each decoy to match the exact proportions of live Green Wing Teal, the smallest dabbling duck species. This accuracy matters. Waterfowl recognize their own kind by silhouette and size, and these decoys deliver both.
Key Features:
- Weight-forward keel design — Ensures stable, natural water positioning in varying conditions
- Front line-lock system — Allows precise anchor placement for consistent decoy orientation
- Hand-painted detailing — Each decoy receives individual attention to capture the species' distinctive plumage
- Balanced set composition — Three drakes and three hens provide natural flock dynamics
Why This Matters
Green Wing Teal are swift, observant birds. They approach decoys cautiously and will flare at anything that looks unnatural. The realistic sculpting and authentic paint patterns on these floaters minimize that hesitation. The weight-forward keel keeps them sitting naturally in the water, not tilted or listing like poorly designed decoys.
Whether you're hunting shallow marshes, beaver ponds, or river backwaters where teal congregate, this six-pack gives you a functional, visually compelling spread that works.
