Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian: Precision Meets Practicality
The Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian represents a thoughtful marriage of time-tested design principles and modern manufacturing excellence. This rifle is built for shooters who demand accuracy without compromise.
Accuracy You Can Count On
Weatherbys's SUB-MOA accuracy guarantee is backed by genuine engineering:
- Cold hammer-forged barrel with 1/2x28 threaded muzzle for suppressor compatibility
- Two-stage, match-grade trigger for crisp, predictable breaks
- M16-style extractor for reliable feeding and extraction
- Drilled and tapped receiver ready for optics mounting
Built for the Elements
The Obsidian's weather-resistant Monte Carlo synthetic stock features a raised comb for improved sight picture and cheek weld. The black finish resists corrosion and requires minimal maintenance—ideal for hunters and shooters who spend time in challenging conditions.
