Bergara B-14R Trainer .22 LR Barreled Action

Bergara B-14R Trainer: Precision Rimfire Performance

The Bergara B-14R Trainer represents a thoughtful approach to rimfire rifle design. Built on the Remington 700 short action footprint, this barreled action delivers centerfire-like handling and ergonomics in an economical .22 LR platform.

Key Features

• Barrel: 20-inch 410 stainless steel with MTU contour
• Twist Rate: 1:16 for reliable bullet stabilization
• Muzzle Thread: 1/2x28 for suppressors and muzzle devices
• Muzzle Diameter: 0.93 inches
• Trigger: Factory-installed, adjustable Bergara trigger
• Magazine: Single-stack 10-round AICS-style magazine

Why This Matters

This barreled action excels as a trainer platform. The Remington 700 footprint means you can outfit it with the same stocks, bases, and aftermarket components as your centerfire rifles. Train with identical ergonomics and controls, then transition seamlessly to your primary rifle.

The stainless steel barrel resists corrosion and handles extended shooting sessions without concern. The adjustable trigger allows you to dial in the break that works best for your technique. The threaded muzzle accepts suppressors for quiet, pleasant shooting—ideal for extended training sessions.

The Builder's Choice

Whether you're assembling a dedicated trainer, building a youth rifle, or developing a cost-effective competition platform, the B-14R Trainer provides the precision and customization options serious shooters demand.
