Bergara MG Lite 6.5 PRC 22in Carbon Barrel Rifle

The Bergara MG Lite: Precision Without Compromise

The Bergara MG Lite represents a fundamental shift in how precision rifles can be built. This is not a rifle that asks you to choose between accuracy and portability—it delivers both.

Barrel and Action

At the heart of this rifle sits Bergara's Premier action paired with a 22-inch CURE carbon barrel. The barrel employs a proprietary carbon weave reinforced with stainless strands, engineered to manage heat effectively and maintain consistency shot after shot. The 1:8 twist rate stabilizes modern 6.5 PRC projectiles with authority.

The action itself features a nonrotating gas shield, coned bolt nose, and sliding plate extractor—design elements that ensure smooth, reliable feeding under field conditions. A two-position safety provides intuitive control.

Trigger and Chassis

The TriggerTech trigger with Frictionless Release Technology delivers the kind of control that separates good shots from great ones. The XLR Element 4.0 magnesium chassis is where weight savings truly matter. This ultralight platform includes a folding carbon fiber stock and grip, allowing you to pack this rifle into tight spaces without compromising structural integrity.
