Suppressors are renowned for their recoil mitigation properties, but Dead Air's E-Brake takes that performance further. This innovative muzzle brake threads directly onto the front of your Sandman suppressor, acting as an integrated brake system that compounds the recoil reduction you already get from suppression.

How It Works

The E-Brake provides additional recoil reduction through its carefully engineered vent holes, which allow high-pressure gases to escape in a more diffused pattern than conventional muzzle brakes. This design philosophy delivers several practical benefits:

• Reduced Dust Signature: The softer gas release minimizes dust kick-up when shooting from prone positions, helping you maintain target visibility
• Hearing Protection: The diffused venting reduces sound pressure on nearby shooters and bystanders
• Flatter Shooting: Combined recoil reduction from both suppressor and brake results in a noticeably flatter-shooting rifle

Installation and Compatibility

Installation is straightforward. Simply remove your existing front cap, thread it onto the E-Brake, then install the assembly on your suppressor. The E-Brake is compatible with Dead Air's Sandman, Nomad, Wolverine, Sierra-5, and Wolfman suppressors through their R-Series front cap thread pitch.

The 1.5-inch diameter model fits flush with Sandman and Wolverine suppressors. A DA208 front cap tool is included for easy installation and future adjustments.

Manufactured from 4140 heat-treated alloy steel with black nitride finish, the E-Brake is built to withstand the rigors of serious shooting while resisting corrosion.
