CVA Optima V3: Modern Muzzleloading Made Simple
The CVA Optima V3 represents the evolution of a proven platform, delivering the reliability and performance serious hunters demand. This complete package arrives ready for the field—no guesswork, no missing components.
Barrel and Action
The 26-inch Nitride-treated stainless steel barrel resists corrosion and extends the life of your rifle in harsh hunting conditions. CVA's Quick-Release Breech Plug removes by hand, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward. The integrated breech lever, actuated by the trigger guard, cycles smoothly and intuitively.
Stock and Ergonomics
The fully ambidextrous Realtree Legacy camo stock accommodates both right and left-handed shooters. Adjustable cheek risers and length-of-pull spacers ensure proper fit and sight alignment for shooters of different builds. The CrushZone recoil pad manages recoil effectively while the solid aluminum PalmSaver ramrod provides a comfortable, durable loading experience.
Optics and Accuracy
The included KonusPro 3-9x40mm scope features a BDC reticle specifically designed for muzzleloaders, eliminating hold-over guesswork at extended ranges. Pre-bore-sighted and mounted with DuraSight rings, it's ready to shoot.
