Elevated Hunting Platform Built for Comfort and Stability
The Ol Man 22 Big Daddy represents a thoughtful approach to tree stand design. At 22 feet of elevation, it positions you above the line of sight of most game while maintaining a manageable climb for seasonal hunters.
Key Features
Comfort and Space
- Extra-wide seat with padded cushion for extended sits
- Large platform accommodates 1.5 persons comfortably
- Adjustable footrest for personalized positioning
Structural Design
- Ground-level clamp-down jaw system secures the stand to the tree without climbing
- Truss system minimizes noise and improves overall rigidity
- Strong yet manageable structure suitable for seasonal installation
Practical Advantages
The clamp-down jaw system is a genuine convenience—you secure the stand at ground level before climbing, eliminating fumbling at height. The truss design keeps things quiet when you shift position, a critical factor when game is nearby. The extra-wide configuration gives you room to move without feeling cramped during long waits.
This stand works well for hunters who value comfort without sacrificing the elevation needed for effective hunting. It's a solid choice for both experienced hunters and those new to elevated hunting platforms.
