SureFire SOCOM 3-Prong Flash Hider 5.56 1/2-28

SureFire SOCOM 3-Prong Flash Hider

The SF3P represents the pinnacle of muzzle device engineering for the modern rifle. This three-prong flash hider combines flash reduction with suppressor mounting capability in a single, precision-crafted component.

Performance

Flash Reduction: The patented design reduces muzzle flash by more than 99%, keeping your shooting position concealed and maintaining your night vision.

Suppressor Mounting: Serves as a rock-solid mounting adapter for all SureFire SOCOM Series Fast-Attach suppressors, providing superior alignment and preventing tine ringing.

Construction

Precision machined from U.S. mill-certified, heat-treated stainless steel bar stock, the SF3P is built to withstand the rigors of combat and demanding field conditions. Key features include:

• DLC Coating: High-performance coating resists erosion from hot gases and particles while facilitating cleaning after extreme use
• Thread Precision: High-precision single-point cut threads ensure optimal interface with your rifle's 1/2-28 muzzle threads
• Quality Control: Every unit is carefully inspected for concentricity and alignment to guarantee a solid mounting surface
• Robust Tines: Multiple bearing surfaces provide superior suppressor alignment and durability
• Labyrinth Seals: Mitigate gas leakage from the suppressor lock ring

Installation

Installation requires no permanent modifications to most weapons. Simply thread onto your rifle's 1/2-28 muzzle threads and tighten securely.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for 5.56mm NATO rifles with 1/2-28 muzzle threads. Compatible with all SureFire SOCOM Series sound suppressors. Not compatible with previous generation SureFire Fast-Attach suppressors or muzzle devices.
