Glock 43 Extended Magazine
This is a factory-original Glock magazine engineered specifically for the Glock 43 9mm pistol. It features a 6-round capacity with an extended finger rest that improves grip and control.
Construction & Reliability
Magazine Design:
- Hardened steel insert encased in high-tech polymer
- Drop-free design for reliable feeding and extraction
- Protective polymer coating resists deformation from impact
- Extended finger rest for improved handling
Break-In Period
New Glock magazines may require a brief break-in period before reaching full performance. This is normal and expected.
Recommended break-in procedure:
- Load the magazine with all but the last round
- Allow the spring to compress for several days
- Cycle the magazine from full to empty multiple times
- The final round may not fit until the spring relaxes
This break-in ensures optimal spring tension and reliable feeding throughout the magazine's service life. Factory Glock magazines are built to last and will provide years of dependable performance once properly conditioned.
