Magpul MOE SL Carbine Stock Mil-Spec, Flat Dark Earth

Magpul MOE SL Carbine Stock — Mil-Spec

The MOE SL (Slim Line) Stock represents modern ergonomic thinking applied to the AR-15 platform. This drop-in replacement buttstock is engineered specifically for mil-spec sized receiver extension tubes, making it compatible with most AR-15 and M4 carbine platforms.

Design Philosophy

Magpul designed the MOE SL with the realities of modern tactical use in mind. The sleek profile reduces snag points and unnecessary bulk, while the dual-side release latches ensure positive engagement from either side of the rifle—critical when transitioning between shooting positions or working around obstacles.

Key Features

• Dual-side release latches for ambidextrous operation
• Rolled toe design reduces snagging on gear and clothing
• Angled rubber butt-pad optimized for use with body armor and modular gear systems
• Efficient shoulder transitions thanks to ergonomic profile
• Flat Dark Earth finish blends seamlessly with modern tactical setups
• Drop-in installation on mil-spec receiver tubes (tube not included)

Practical Application

Whether you're running a duty rifle, competition carbine, or home defense setup, the MOE SL Stock delivers the kind of thoughtful engineering that makes a difference when it matters. The angled pad works particularly well for shooters wearing body armor or chest rigs, and the rolled toe prevents the stock from catching on slings or gear during dynamic movement.

This is a stock built by people who understand how rifles are actually used.
