The Magpul Sling Mount Kit Type 2 is a heavy-duty accessory designed to expand your sling attachment options on compatible rifle stocks. Built from black phosphatized steel and manufactured in the USA, this kit enables you to add quick-detach sling swivels to the right side of your stock for true ambidextrous sling capability.

Important Notes
The Type 2 Kit cannot be used alone on most stocks—it must be paired with the optional Type 1 Kit for ambidextrous sling mounting on SGA, MOE, Zhukov-S, and Hunter stocks. The Type 2 Kit is not compatible with ACS or ACS-L stocks for dual-side swivel installation. Sling swivels are sold separately.
