Blue Force Gear Vickers 221 Padded Sling, Red Swivel

Blue Force Gear Vickers 221 Sling

The Vickers 221 represents a thoughtful solution to a real tactical problem: the need to transition quickly between 2-point and 1-point sling configurations. While a 2-point sling excels in most shooting situations, there are times—vehicle deployment, close-quarters building entry, or rapid transitions—when a 1-point sling offers distinct advantages. This sling bridges that gap.

Key Features

Instant Mode Conversion The patented RED (Rapid Emergency Detachment) Swivel allows you to switch from 2-point to 1-point configuration in seconds. Simply pull the RED Swivel knob and reinsert it into the Burnsed Socket at the rear of the receiver. The transition is smooth and reliable.

Durable Construction Built from Invista solution-dyed Cordura webbing with ITW GhilleTex Acetal hardware, the sling is engineered for hard use. The padded design reduces shoulder fatigue during extended carry, while the black finish resists wear and maintains a professional appearance.

Hardware Quality The RED Swivel is machined from steel with phosphate coating for corrosion resistance and stainless steel internals. The molded Burnsed Socket and push-button swivel are woven directly into the webbing for reliability.

Compatibility & Adjustability

The Vickers 221 fits any rifle with two QD sling swivel sockets, with the rear socket positioned toward the end of the receiver. Full adjustability is maintained in both 1-point and 2-point modes, and the design accommodates use with or without body armor.

For rifles with eyelets rather than QD sockets (SCARs, certain Sig or HK platforms), a Universal Wire Loop with Push Button Socket can be substituted for the included rear socket.
