Sierra GameKing 7mm 160gr Hollow Point Boat Tail

Sierra GameKing 7mm 160gr Hollow Point Boat Tail Bullets

The Sierra GameKing #1925 represents a refined approach to long-range hunting ammunition. These 160-grain bullets combine proven hollow point technology with a boat tail design that serious hunters have relied upon for decades.

Design and Performance

Boat Tail Advantage The streamlined tapered base reduces aerodynamic drag significantly, resulting in:

• Higher retained velocity downrange
• Greater striking energy at distance
• Flatter trajectory for easier holdover calculations
• Reduced wind drift in crosswinds

Controlled Expansion These are purpose-built for big game hunting. The hollow point features a slightly closed nose opening that retards initial expansion, ensuring even, controlled mushrooming. Four skives cut into the jacket promote reliable expansion while the enclosed lead tip prevents deformation during feeding and magazine storage.
